Alperen Özer

Mr. Alperen Özer has been admitted to the bar since April 2020. He studied law at the University of Leipzig, specializing in European law - international law - human rights. After his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Leipzig, he successfully completed the second state examination with a focus on insolvency law.


From March 2020 to August 2023, he worked as a lawyer in an insolvency law firm. His work included the extrajudicial and judicial representation of an insolvency administrator.


In December 2023, he founded the law firm Özer in Leipzig. His focus remains on commercial law. He advises and supports small and medium-sized companies from the start-up phase through to the development of their business activities. Alperen Özer supports his clients in asserting their interests in court as well as in defending against unjustified claims.


In addition, Alperen Özer advises foreign companies who wish to establish a location in Germany and require a residence permit for this purpose. Another field of activity is advising German companies on the recruitment of foreign skilled workers and guiding them through the necessary visa and residence procedures.
